#Yoga4Health #Yoga4All In run-up to the International Day of Yoga #IDY 2021 and as part of #IndiaAt75 celebrations, the High Commission of India organised a #YogaWorkshop at St. Paul's College, Windhoek from April 13 to April 15, 2021. The students were introduced to Yoga, its meaning and purpose, and the benefits to physical and mental well-being of making Yoga a part of one's daily routine. The workshop was conducted by Ms Beatha Tangi Ntinda and saw participation of 77 school students of Grade 7 over a period of 3 days. A set of books on Yoga was also handed over by Head of Chancery Vipul Bawa to the school authorities. Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India
