Government of India under the aegis of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) offers scholarships within the framework of India-Africa Scholarship Scheme to Namibian nationals wishing to study at the under-graduate, post-graduate and research levels in various prestigious universities and educational institutions in India during the academic year 2026-27.
